Description

This is an industrial cheese grater capable of grating full wheels of Romano (50-70#) at a time. It is rotating drum with teeth with a pneumatic press that grates the Romano. It also comes with a Fitz mill that further powders the cheese from the grater. This machine works flawlessly, we are moving and won't be able to retrofit our new facility to house this machine. It will be crated and ready for shipping. Shipping is not included in the price.
