    Description

    2-lane stick pack machine capable of 80 packs per minute. Comes with auger-style powder filler for filling drink mix type powders (free-flow).

    Machine is set up for 1.1" wide pack but with additional tooling can make pack width between .6" and 1.3". The length is adjustable via keypad between 2.75" and 7.5".

    Machine utilizes top quality suppliers for components such as Mitsubishi PLC, Panasonic Servo Controllers etc. Machine runs on 220v/1 phase.

    The machine makes beautiful packs with a pour spout for easy pouring, the seal has a line pattern, the cut-off is smooth(see pic for pack appearance).

    We purchased this machine for a job that we no longer run so have no need for it. We used it less than 100 hours. We had it running at 35 packs per minute x 2. It's easy to learn to operate, we learned how to run it ourselves without training by referencing the manual(include with the machine).

    Machine is made with stainless steel case and all food-contact surfaces are stainless steel. Machine comes with date coder. Also included with machine is a Powder Conveyor to automatically feed powder into hopper to minimize labor requirements as well as to ensure consistent filling.

    The machine comes with a counting take-away conveyor. The settings on the conveyor can be used to count out any number of packs so that pack-out into unit cartons is more accurate.
