Description

In our new developed heat changers; heat produced in the combustion chamber is transferred to the baking cabinet to be more absorbed according to classical system. It provides low energy consumption and quality. and homogenous baking. Innovations made in the steam production system are provided the more moisture in abundant quantities that required for every pan by getting in vertical plates. Because the burners of rotary baking ovens are at the sides, can be assembled in narrow and long volumes for pastry shops and bakeries. Combustion cell (flue) is made of specially alloyed stainless steel resistant to extreme heat more than 1000 centigrade. Front panels are completely made of stainless metal plate and do not get dark. A perfect illumination is obtained through a fluorescent lamp affixed to the door and the lamp can be changed easily from outside. It is recommended to use water softening unite in baking ovens. Our rotary baking ovens are produced as working with diesel oil, fuel oil, natural gas and electricity.
