Description

This Teledyne-Laars, 225,000btu, copper-finn tube, natural gas boiler is approximately 10-12 years old. Was removed as part of remodel project. Tubes and burners are clean. Electronic ignition has new module and includes vent damper. NO pump or Temp.-Pressure gauge. It is high altitude (above 5000 ft.) rated. It has had propylene glycol leaked on top of it, making the rating plate illegible. Was completely functional upon removal.

It is a HOT WATER BOILER ONLY, NOT a steam boiler.
