Description

For cutting confectionery in larger quantities, with smooth transition from the cooling process to the cutter, via specifically designed freestanding boards and quick and easy cutting via sets of cutting blades. The machine transfers the trays along the mechanism through the first sets of cutting blades which will cut the product in one direction, once through, the integrated lip turns the board and travels through the second set of blades whereby the product is cut in the opposite direction. Coming to rest at the discharge end of the machine. We have 2 of the base boards.

The speed of the machine can be altered to suit, depending on the shape and product being cut, using the inverters located within the electrical panel. The power is 220/440 volts 50hz. The machine is fitted with a 0.75kw drive motor.
