    Description

    Two, 2011 combination Cooker and Mixer units (Caramelizers). Stainless steel construction. The caramelizer features a digital temperature control, audible alarm when cook temperature is reached, bottom mixer and top auger. The two CMD-100 units are mounted on a 15-foot table cooling table. Each caramelizer can produce around 80 Lbs/Hr of caramel popcorn. Finished product rate is based on a recipe of 80% cook caramel and 20% popped popcorn.
