    Description

    It is a double twist wrap machine for various confectionery products. We use it every day for soft batch caramels.

    The machine speed depends on the type and shape of product which is being wrapped. The average speed of 120 ppm can be obtained.

    The control box has speed controls.

    The machine can be size changed for different products. It can also offer different wrap options to the double twist for which it has been set. Normally the machine requires a twist wrap film such as a waxed paper or cellulose film with a reel core diameter of 57mm and a maximum outside diameter of 240mm.

    The machine is equipped with a paper trip mechanism, this is specifically designed for delicate products and allows the machine to detect an empty pocket within the feed plate, therefore not pulling paper at the relevant time, saving empty wrappers from jamming the machine.

    The machine's power is 220/449 volts 5ohz.
