For sale is a M315 cooker coater made by Cantrell International, currently known as AC Horn.
This cooker coater can make caramel/candy coated popcorn, nut brittle, and peanut candy.
This kettle is designed for a 100 pound (45Kg) per hour capacity at a 4:1 ratio. The electrical requirements for this kettle are 220 Volts, 1-Phase, 60 Hz.
This machine has audible and visual prompts for each cooking phase, T-1 (Temperature #1) and T-2 (Temperature #2). The prompts will let the operator know when to add each ingredient at that specific temperature. When T-2 is reached, the heat will automatically shut-off and prompt the operator to manually dump the kettle.
We have a total of 3 of these M315 cooker coaters for sale. They are all very similar in condition and age. All three of these kettles have been maintained exclusively by AC Horn. In 2016 these kettles were completely upgraded with new parts. This includes motors, gear reducer box, upper and lower rulan bearings, eurotherm controller, thermocouples, and one complete kettle/drum replacement.
Each of the 3 kettles are for sale individually but we are open to a package deal for all 3.
We will include manuals with schematics, a rollable 2 step platform and a large stainless-steel container with handles that the product can dump into. I only have 2 of these available. The first 2 buyers will receive these extra pieces.
