DESCRIPTION:
The INCAP is a fully automatic capsule filler which has become very popular all over the world for Trials research, batch productions, and in laboratories. Suitable to process powders, pellets, liquids or semi-solid products, tablets – mini tablets and capsules. It is completely manufactured in Italy according to CE and GMP rules.

MAIN FEATURES:
The smallest automatic capsule filler. Incredible reliability. Suitable to process 3000 caps/h and over 20 filling combinations (powders - pellets- liquids – tablets and mini tablets - capsule in capsule). All INCAP models are capable to set the dosator, the 3 different pellets feeders, the liquid filler and 3 tablet/capsule fillers. This basic machine is supplied with the powder tamping system.
Easy access to the working area. Quick and secure change, assembly and disassembly of pieces when changing format, or for maintenance reasons. Simple construction and ergonomic interface: skilled operators are not required to run this machine. All stainless steel contact parts. Equipped with security hood and vacuum blower.
