    The AF Series is ACG-Pam's flagship capsule filling range with over 1000 installations worldwide. Developed in partnership with pharmaceutical industry the AF series machines are capable of filling various dosage forms including powders, granules, pellets, tablets, and capsules. Components for the AF series are made at ACG Metalcrafts or are sourced from international quality suppliers. All contact parts made of SS316 and other pharma approved material for ease of cleaning and validation. Process Optimization support is provided via our network of service teams.

    One of the highest-selling machines within the AF Series, the AF 90T is a fully-automatic capsule-filling machine. With an output of up to 90,000 capsules per hour, the AF 90T is ideal for medium-sized batch size requirements. Its robust design provides durability while providing accessibility to ease cleaning and validation. The AF 90T is capable of filling any HGC and HPMC (Veg) capsules of sizes ranging from 000 to 5. It is capable of filling powders, granules, pellets and tablets with additional capabilities of partial filling. In addition, it features an easy-to-operate touchscreen, independent control panel, auto shutdown in case of malfunctions, and many more.
