DESCRIPTION:
LABBY is a capsule filling machine Plug & Play, modular, simple and compact but fully automatic, ideal for R&D laboratories, clinical trials, small batch outputs and special productions. LABBY can work either at continuous or intermittent motion (depending on the type of dosing unit installed).

MAIN FEATURES:
The empty capsules are transfered into the internal hopper that guide them into the feeding tubes. The empty capsules are opened by means of vacuum that pulls the body downwards separating it from the relevant lid. The lid and the body of properly opened capsules are separated. The body is inserted in a holding bush and proceed for the product filling phase while the lid waits for the relevant body for rejoining. The lid makes two turns on the transfer wheel before rejoining with the relevant body.
The capsule filler is suitable for the following capsule types and capsule sizes: HPMC, vegetal, oblong-shaped, DB tamper-evident design, sizes 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
The following formats are available: 0, 1, 2, 3.
