    Bivans model 54 l "convey-o-mat" automatic carton erector loader, serial # 94-54l-284. Features cabinet style enclosure in painted mild steel, stainless steel carton handling parts, rated 30-60 cartons per minute by manufacturer, designed for straight or reverse tuck cartons from 7/8" (22 mm) to 5" (127 mm) deep x 3/8" (9.5 mm) to 3.5" (89 mm) wide x 1.25" (32 mm) to 12" (305 mm) tall, lesson 1/2 horsepower main drive, 90 volt dc with variable speed controller mounted in external electrical enclosure with hinged cover, pneumatically operated venturi provides suction for carton pick up arm standing erected carton in vertical position to be mechanically discharged on to short 18" long dead plate, transparent safety enclosure over carton erection area, 110 volt/1 phase power required, hinged or removalable service doors on three sides, weight 450 lbs, mounted on casters. Formerly used in pharmaceutical packaging.
