DESCRIPTION:
ICOS IMPIANTI has a long experience in the treatment of stoppers for containers normally used in the pharmaceutical industry. The “LST” process, in addition to the washing, rinsing, siliconizing, drying and cooling phases also includes the sterilizing phase. The complete process makes it possible to eliminate needless intermediate handling of the product. These machines are designed for the complete treatment of sealing devices for pharmaceutical closures, rubber and plastic stoppers, droppers, metal rings and similar components.

Main Characteristics: distribution of load in separate baskets for better final results, siliconizing evenness guaranteed by recycling pump, sterilization at 121 C°, drying with filtered hot air. The complete process of the "LST" includes the phases of washing, rinsing, siliconizing, drying, cooling and sterilization to eliminate unnecessary intermediate manipulations of the product. The process is made up of combined phases and actions that allow maximum flexibility. The choice of cycle duration and the succession of phases make it possible to obtain an ideal cycle according to the characteristics of the material to be treated. The machine is equipped with a control system that allows the customization of the cycles and manual interventions. The machine body is completely of AISI 316L stainless-steel construction, all machine components are of sanitary type.
