DESCRIPTION:
Multipan Coater is a machine for research and development on a laboratory and pilot scale. The Glatt Multi-Pan-Coater (GMPC) is designed specifically for research and development for coating tablets with aqueous or organic solvent solutions. As an option, it is also possible to coat cores with sugar syrup. The Multi-Pan has a compact construction, all necessary components including the air intake and exhaust air system, are integrated into the machine housing.

MAIN FEATURES:
Once the system has been filled with tablets, heat is used in the application of aqueous coating solutions or dispersions. The tablets are then dried with treated air. Pan rotation enables a homogenous, coating layer by a permanent mixing movement of the product.
The interchangeable Pan, respectively with a diameter of 440 mm and 750 mm.
Each Pan has its own trolley on which it can be stored when not in use. For the purpose of inserting the pan into the coater, the trolley is equipped with a system of guide rails.
