Description

Fully automatic Cup Filler model MP-SR-8DC manufactured by Modern Packaging (ProMach) in New York.

This Rotary packaging system consisting of cup dispensing, filling, Lid placing, Heat Sealing and sweeping units. Machine is made of solid stainless-steel construction; machine is electronically controlled driven by a variable speed AC motor. The filling capacity is 20 cups/minute filled through a shuttle filler, two pneumatic fillers and one servo filling station. Main motor, variable speed, 1/2 HP, 230 VAC 3 PH, 50 RPM, Filler servos@ .73 kW, 230 VAC 3 PH, 500 RPM. Infeed/Outfeed 230 VAC 3PH, 90 W, 60 RPM, .05A, Air required 12 CFM @ 100 PSI, pipe requirement 1/2”, Electrical Outlet 230V,3PH,25 Amps. O/A 142” L X 42” W X 102” H 4500Lbs.
