    Two headed liquid filling machine with PLC automated control system, 15 foot conveyer and capper.

    Two headed filler features are as follows:
    Stainless 9.2 gallon hopper and product cylinders
    316 stainless steel food grade contact parts
    Tri-clamp quick disconnect stainless steel connections
    All pneumatic operation with direct draw from bulk ability
    Total fill range 5ML-250ML (8OZ product cylinders)

    Automation Components include:
    Plc control system with Touchscreen HMI in painted mild steel enclosure
    Diving fill head module
    Pneumatic container indexing gates with solenoids, air tubing, std brackets
    No bottle/No fill sensor prevents filling when no bottles are present
    Adjustable back up sensor pauses the line when needed
    Electric:120 voltAC/1 phase/50-60Hz/20amps
    Compressed Air: Up to 5 CFM at 90PSI

    15'x4.5" Variable speed conveyor:
    304 stainless steel construction
    4.5" wide acetal non-tabbed chain
    90 Volt DC TEFC duty 1/2HP motor, 36:1 gear reducer, speeds up to 67' per minute
    Single stainless steel rail system with HDPE wear strip and tool less bracket.
