DESCRIPTION:The FC7 is a filling and closing machine designed to perform in-line dosing, filling and capping operations of bottles of up to 500 ml capacity.SECTORS OF USE:Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.MAIN FEATURES:Monobloc machine with continuous movement built in stainless steel for filling and closing the bottles. The machine is equipped with a vibratory cap feeder. The format change takes place by adjusting and replacing some parts of the machine and it is a simple operation. The machine fills with syringes that are fully adjustable in dosage. The four syringes have a total capacity of 300 ml. The rotating cap insertion unit brings the cap onto the bottle, where it is inserted and released. All the most important operating functions are continuously monitored via a series of sensors.
