We have a brand new fully-automated custom piston filling line that has just arrived at our facility (explosion-proof) in Canada. The turnaround was four months. Available to ship immediately to the highest bidder. This line is a duplicate of one of our current lines already set up in our laboratory. It is currently set to 50mL, 100mL, and 250 mL units but can be customized by computer for filling volumes. As we have entered into a larger contract for one of our higher volume (gallon) SKUs, we are looking to sell this line and re-invest in 2 x duplicate gallon lines. This line has not been used. It has been set up for electrical and computer testing only. The complete manufacturing line has a bottle descrambler and cap sorter, 12 head filling station, conveyors, high-speed butterfly starwheel labelling system, and industrial inkjet printer for batch/barcode printing. The equipment automatically sorts bottles, fills, caps, labels and batch IDs bottles.
