    Automatic filling machine for liquid, semi and viscous product from 25 ml 500ml
    Machine Base and Mechanical Features:
    • Frame in stainless steel 304
    • Filling unit supported by an anodized aluminium plate Inspection door for routine maintenance
    • Easy dismantling of the dosing unit with minimum tol requirement
    Bottle Handling System:
    • One Stainless steel flat table attach to the machine cabinet
    • Indexing of the container into the filling station is done manually and held at the filling nozzle to manually control the bottom-up fill effect

    Independent quantity adjustments system for the piston with hand wheel and reference counter to ease up change over

    Filling accuracy expectation of ≤ 0.5% depending on equipment set up, nature of the product and the quantity to be fil (subject to be tested with all products)
