    MODEL-C AIR PACKER - The Model C Pneumatic Valve Bag Packaging Machine is designed to package granular and free-flowing products into 20 to 125 pound bags with excellent accuracy and speed. System to include - All necessary controls including a digital weigh controller with LCD display and keypad interface. Load cell mounted bag spout with equal arm flex leaf. 2 ft3 capacity product chamber with 10in inlet butterfly valve. Removable chamber bottom for cleanout. Adjustable height bag ejector to automatically remove the filled bag. Dust shroud on fill spout allows dust collection during fill cycle. -Requires 250 CFM negative air- Integrated 10 HP process air blower including motor starter.

    NEMA 12 Carbon steel control enclosure for Dust tight applications. All switches - solenoids - bulkhead - etc. will be NEMA 12 or 4

    Standard butterfly valve is ductile iron - black seat with pneumatic rack and pinion actuator.

    Unit require 120 volt single phase 60 Hz power for controls - 230-460 Volt 3 Phase 60 Hz power 30-15 FLA. 90 to 100 PSI of compressed air at 5 SCFM. Compressed air must be clean and dry Operating temperature range of 32F to 110F Unit is 72 inches tall X 25 inches wide X 56 inches deep. Unit shipping weight 750 lbs.

    Blower intake filter. Keeps process air clean and reduces noise.

    Auto-Zero Tare for base weigh controller. Tares bag and spout before the next fill cycle begins. -Not needed with T3000 upgrade
