    Description

    Bulk Bag Filler with 6" Incline Screw Conveyor - Carbon Steel. Constructed of mostly carbon steel components. Stainless steel inlet hopper and discharge spout. 6"Ø X 11' Incline Screw Conveyor with full bolt-on cover and shroud bolts to a welded structural steel frame at a fixed 45° incline with a bulk bag hanger at discharge. Frame installed with forklift slots and bottom lugs. Driven by a 3HP, 1755RPM, 60Hz, 3 phase AC drive through a Dodge torque-arm II speed reducer. Belt-driven with safety guard. Auger RPM: 29. Heavy-duty auger with 0.25" thick flighting that is 2.25" pitched near inlet and the remaining length is half-pitched. Demonstration video on file. Current auger speed = 86 RPM.
