    Cleveland Model TJ-100-CC Combination Cook Tank, Product Chiller and Sous Vide Production Capacities: 100 gallons of casing packaged pumpable product or 700 pounds of meat. Temperature reduction of 170 degrees Fahrenheit to 40 degrees Fahrenheit in less than one hour for most products, 40in loading rim height, construction is all 304-stainless steel, 7.5 Hp, water circulation pump with high/low preset flow rates, 1 Hp water circulation pump, microprocessor operating controls and chart recorder, one set of wire baskets with carrier, 208 Volts, 3-phase, new in 2011, serial number 9314.
