Immersion heating elements evenly distribute heat throughout the tank with a temperature range of 200 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Since the elements have a swing-up design, important components can be reached for cleaning and maintenance. This Star 530FF countertop electric fryer has a safety thermostat that helps prevent it from overheating.
