This Prince Castle 740-T4 digital 4-channel commercial kitchen countdown timer is designed for use in commercial establishments. Made to withstand the rigors of commercial kitchens, this timer is both water- and grease-resistant to meet your restaurant's needs. It features an ultra-slim design and is incredibly easy to mount for quick installation.

This timer has a clear display and is user-friendly so you can get started with just the touch of a button! This display features multi-colored LEDs which indicate various stages of countdown. Use this timer to time and control up to four channels in your holding bin. It even has an adjustable two-tone alarm and includes menu labels. A 10' cord makes placement easy. This timer requires 120V operation.
