    Description

    Selling a 15 Ton Air Handler by Magic Aire Industries. Unit was installed on rooftop in 2003 and designed to use either cold or hot water but it was never piped in. The original caps are still on the inlet and outlet lines. The fan was the only part of the unit that was used. The unit has also been taken off of the rooftop and stored at ground level waiting to be shipped.
