    Description

    Stainless steel, 2/3 jacket, mixing kettle with side and bottom scraped surface agitation. Unit is ASME code stamped and rated at 90PSI on the jacket. Jacket and units made of 316L stainless steel.

    Agitation is driven by a SEW Eurodrive motor and gear box rated for 188,000 lbs. of torque per square inch and turns at 29RPM.

    Discharge type is center bottom, sanitary 3" ball valve with Tri-Clover fitting.

    Interior, in addition to agitation, has two stainless steel baffles that are removable and also spray balls for CIP system.

    Lid is split type with locking position, up, and Try-Clover fittings for additive ports. Thermowell also included.

    Warranty: Item is new, never installed, never sold, and will carry a 5 year full manufactures warranty.
