2 - a writing unit and application

Everything is designed for automatic application of variable information (in real time on the labels) or for the application of a series of labels.

The conduct of the labeling can be done in two ways:

- With a simple signal
- Or For two signal
- trigger signals would be prepared by the photocell or given as free contact potential of the PLC online

1-2 Application

The labels are printed and applied on products. Products must shake within a conveyor system.

The label application will be made at the time of travel products on the conveyor.

The machine can label and ask 45 labels per minute or 2,700 labels per hour

1-3 Transport

The controller and the labeling are two separate elements. They will connect with PLUD-in sheets connections.
