    Hopper tilts for cleaning ease.
    Counter-balanced lid has inspection holes, and safety interlock.

    Port on side of the hopper connects to a Gemini Grinding System, which does the fine grind for the finished product.

    Mixing paddle blends fat to lean faster and easier.

    Minimum exposed feed screw prevents temperature rise of the product, which results in ground meat that is blended correctly and looks good longer.

    Adjustable operating height via the legs.
