    Description

    Was purchased new in 1996 from Koch Equipment. Was used in a USDA inspected facility and has been kept in excellent condition. It's 240-1 phase propane. It was used as a dehydrator but the orifice to attach the smoker is there. It has water connections for product cooling shower, smokehouse humidity, and smokehouse cleaning. It is forced air heat and has time and temperature control graph recording wheels. 250 degree F. maximum. Comes with 24 stainless steel wire racks, a custom made drip pan for the rolling rack, and a custom made drip pan for loading product on work tables.
