ADDITIONAL INFO:
Your single source for automated, high speed mixing systems for the food industry. Since 1996 we have been supplying the only high speed batch mixer that is designed and manufactured in the U.S.A. Typical Manufacturing Advantages Include:
Additional hydration rates for most batter and doughs, due to the intensive mixing of the flour and ingredients. Typical customers are able to add 5-10% additional water to the recipe. This means higher yields.
Mixing times are usually less than 2.5 minutes. Complete batch cycle time including loading ingredients, mixing and automatic discharge of the finished dough is usually less than 5 minutes.
Dough chunks are automatically discharged from the mixer and are easily conveyed to downstream equipment thus eliminating dangerous dough troughs and lifts.
One ABM mixer is capable of supplying multiple production lines.
