    Description

    APV Crepaco Paddle Mixer, Model FB cooker/blender, approximately 120 cubic feet capacity, stainless steel construction. Unit has jacketed U-shape trough, measuring 78in long x 60in wide x 56in deep with one-piece lift cover. Jacket is rated for 70 PSI at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Includes scrape surface blade agitation with flat bars on single 3.50in diameter shaft. Driven by 10 HP, 230/460 Volt, 1740 RPM drive. Mixing chamber includes 8in diameter top inlet and 4in diameter bottom side discharge. Manufactured in 1999, serial number K2535. Good condition. Last used in food operation.
