    This semi automatic machine is for the rapid closure of containers with metal ROPP caps.



    Method of Operation:

    The bottle with cap applied are placed onto the platen by hand . The platen is raised to the rotating head to form the thread or crimp the cap.



    Suitable for ROPP caps


    Suitable for bottle sizes 4 , 100mm -12" , 300mm tall


    Cap sizes: 20-40mm


    Speed : up to 1800 bottles per hour


    Electric motor 110 VAC / 220 VAC available upon request
