    (ONE) - Model KST 55-712 Single Zone Steam Tunnel ($24,500 New)

    - Overall Length: 55” (with optional vent canopy 70”)
    - Opening Size: 7” x 12”
    - Stainless Steel Housing
    - Steam requirement - 100psi @ 150lbs/hr, 1" npt connection
    - Vent requirement – two 4” diameter ports per tunnel, 75 cfm total, variable speed
    - Manually Adjustable Primary Steam Regulator
    (2) Pressure Gauges (0-100 psi)
    Condensate Trap
    - Electronic Secondary Steam Regulator including:
    * 110 VAC 1 Ph – tunnel only
    - Digital Temperature Controller
    - Stainless Steel Controller Enclosure
    - Air requirement - 30 psi, 2 cfm, 1/4" npt connection
    - Steam On/Off Switch
    - Heavy Duty Tunnel Stand – Stainless Steel
    - Standard Steam Filter, stainless steel, and Water Separator

    -220 VAC single, 3 Phase or 480 VAC with rotary disconnect
    -Vent piping, rigid pipe from Steam Exhaust Manifold to vent fan
    - Vent Fan - variable speed drive
    - Stainless steel blower housing
    - Stainless steel welded stand
