    Purchased for a project - but never used at this location. Still in crates ready for immediate pick-up!
    (We have two available same models - one could be used as a chiller.)

    LAB SIZE / PILOT LINE STAINLESS STEEL HOT WATER ROTARY BLANCHER with 20 inch diameter by 65 inch long reel, with spiral screw auger totally enclosed in a perforated screen; --with 1/8" perforations in the outer screen. Currently lacking an infeed chute, has a 5.5 inch wide by 7 high infeed opening at a 41 inch infeed height, and a 12 inch wide discharge chute at a 32 inch discharge height. Complete with hinged stainless steel side covers, steam injection sparge, vent port, cleanouts, water ports and drains.

    All food grade stainless steel product contacts, reel and tank; a stainless steel blancher on a painted steel support frame. 1/2 HP US Drive mechanical variable speed drive.

    Please note: Steel bases have new coat of green paint

    Previous owner reports last run on green peas at 2 tons per hour nominal throughput.
