Description

This Bunn Specialty Drink Granita machine dispenses from two large 3.5
gallon hoppers provides granita, frozen drinks, smoothies, etc. These
work for drinks with alcohol content, like pina coladas & strawberry
daquiris. As the alcohol content increases, the temp drops below
freezing. The motion sensor counts revolutions of the auger. As the
product thickens, the auger slows down and the machine turns off the
refrigeration.
