    Friedrich Max Flavor 400 is manufactured by the FMP Equipment Corp, the leader in smoke houses.
    This unit is self cleaning, 100% stainless steel, totally refurbished and "clean". The unit, which can
    roast and/or smoke (as well as cold smoke), features: 6 stainless steel double racks that easily load,
    400lb capacity which can accommodate up to 84 chickens, 36 briskets or shoulders/butts, 48 slabs of
    ribs or 18 whole turkeys. The convection fan system and rotisserie system evenly cooks the contents
    ensuring the "perfect smoke/cook" every time it's used. NFS approved - this can be 3 phase or single.
    The unit is in great working condition - new seals and ready to go.
