    500 gallon open top stainless steel sanitary mixing tank, 48in diameter x 60in straight side with 6in deep slight cone bottom and two inch center bottom outlet, tri clamp connection and 24in floor clearance, rolled angle brim ring, central 13in x 62in one piece ss bridge with two horsepower mixer by Philadelphia, model PV-2, serial # 04SBJ001, 350 RPM with 2in x 68in mixing shaft with 36in wide two blade turbine with stabilizers, shaft has two additional turbine hubs designed for 4 bolt on 45 degree mounted blades, existing two blade will also accommodate two additional blades, mounted on four stainless steel pipe legs from hip sockets with floor feet, bolt on 2/3 cover with central mixing shaft hole. Volume capacity is total with no free board. Formerly used in prepared foods.
