    Description

    Used Hoffman Watchman Condensate Unit. Model# WC8-20B, Part number 160030.

    Unit consist of 9 gallon heavy duty cast iron receiver tank coupled to a close-coupled, vertically mounted centrifugal pump with a bronze impeller. Unit collects the condensate unit level triggers the float switch which then turns on the pump to return the water to the boiler. Pump set up, Simplex, connection type threaded, connection size 3/4in, Discharge pressure 20 PSI, Minimum GPM 12, HP 1/3, single phase, 115V, Max. Temp. 250 degrees F.
