    Checked out by technician. Set up 240 volt, 3 phase. Uses 40 amp breaker.
    Uses 120 volt, 15 amp breaker for rotisserie. Can be single phase.
    Would need a 70 amp breaker. Can cook with or without smoke.
    Uses chips or pellets. Has 6 fixed racks and 6 removable racks.
    Holds 24 slabs of baby back ribs or 2 1/4 and down St Louis style.
    Holds 36 briskets, or 84 chickens, or 18 turkeys. The convection cooking, and rotating racks produce a moist product and maximize yield to deliver a tasty variety your customers will love.
    Has valve at bottom to empty smoker. Must be able to excess right side to add chips.
    Before packaging the smoker is 59" wide x 46" deep x 82" high. Weighs 850 pounds.
