Palazzolo GS-1 Cheese Hog Cheese Shredder.
3PH, 208/230V.
5HP Motor.
Pneumatic Air Driven Push instead of manual push down handle on top.
This unit was used in a facility that produced frozen pizzas, it was in use until the end of 2019.
Put your cheese block in the chute, push the round button in the front that drives it down via the air cylinder on top. The chute has a blade inside that cuts it into the 4 cubes as its being pushed down and then shredded.
This unit will come with one 1/2" blade, any of the blades for a pelican head attachment will fit on these. Like the Hobart graters baldes.
On the blade holder, one of the "screws or holder" is missing. The others are on there pretty good.
In the front of the unit where the cheese comes out, there should be a small "shield" it is missing also. The shield is there so the cheese doesn't fly far out of the machine but gets shielded to go downward into your bucket or tub.
The two screw down rods on each side that hold down the lid, the black screw is on there pretty good so it does not turn on the threads on the rod currently, its just stuck on there, it could use a new rod and screw to make it more easily to screw up and down, otherwise it is loose if you just keep it on there and will fall off while being used as its used to push against the safety switch for it to be on.
As far as functionality, works great. We can send you a little video of the shredder part running if you want.
NO air compressor included.
The stand it is on is not included.
