    Description

    Selling a gently used Doyon brand Artisan Stone Double Deck Oven stacked with a European Style reach-in proofer; Models 1T-2 and ES1T. We purchased this top of the line combo unit brand new in August of 2016 for $18,845 and has since been used less than 100 hours. As a premium beef brand, we host clients in our culinary center for corporate dinners and the intent was to do our own baking in house to enhance the guest experience. After a few months of experimenting with baking, we decided that it was not our forte and the labor and space required would be better focused on beef. Hence we are left with this excellent, like-new equipment that is no longer being used. The equipment is still hooked up and available for testing if you are interested in seeing it.
