1) Dual-motor linear vibrating screen with discharge chutes for 4 sorted sizes and 47x25” feed area.
2) Assorted screens for sorting objects into the sizes below. Additional screens can be easily fabricated for sorting any custom sizes as needed.
a. (3) Round hole screens, for sorting by diameter: 1.62, 1.37, .87” dia (41, 35, 22mm)
b. (2) Obround hole screens: for sorting by thickness: 1.62x.63, 1.34x.50 (41x16, 35x13mm)
3) 1100 lb capacity self-feeding hopper with cover and blast gate for flow control.
4) Heavy duty stand for hopper.
5) Inverter for variable speed control. Runs on 220V 1-phase or 208 3-phase.
