This machine has 3 decks of screens which include a scalp, 1st cut, 2nd cut and fines. Included in this price is a KSI conveyor cleated rubber belt conveyor that was used to carry the 2nd cut away from the machine. Also included is a steel stand which allows the Rotex to be installed free standing anywhere in your facility. Round hole screens from 11/64, 12/64, 12.5/64, 13/64, 14/64, 15/64, 16/64, 17/64, 20/64, 21/64, 22/64, 24/64 are included in this price.
It was used primarily to size popcorn and is 5 years old. It was replaced to increase capacity in the facility. It is a good machine with a variable drive motor to allow for higher capacity or lower capacity when high quality sizing is needed.
