UltraVac chamber vacuum sealers have oil-cooled Busch® vacuum pumps and are designed for all day use. You can easily seal soups, stews, and sauces, along with anything else you need to vacuum seal, because, unlike a typical suction vacuum machine, you are never sucking on the open end of a bag. Once you place a bag into the vacuum chamber and close the lid over the entire bag, the air is evacuated from the chamber. When the desired vacuum level is reached, the seal bar rises to apply heat and the bag is sealed. The air is then returned to the chamber and you’re ready to move on to the next bag.
