Currently we have 10 “Microfast 9.0 Containerized Wastewater Treatment Systems” for sale. These units are enclosed in 20ft containers, easily portable and all fittings and connections are universal. These make excellent standby units for larger operations or Primary units for smaller applications. In addition to their use as temporary or permanent fixtures we have found that a lot of our customers rent them out to other contractors when not in use.
These units are capable of processing 9000gl or 35k liters of sewage/ wastewater per day. These were commissioned by our Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for use after Hurricane Katrina, but they were never put into service. No wastewater or sewage has ever been run thru them. They are essentially brand new. These units out perform similar treatment plants as they were built to be used in the harshest conditions possible...i.e. post natural disaster response.
A few things to note about these units:
Easily portable – Containers are 20ft x 8ftx x8ft or 5.9m L x 2.4m T x 2.3m W with a volume of 33cu.m and weigh approx. 12000lbs 5500kg.
All fittings (electrical and water) are universal
Energy requirements are on a single phase 220v power supply. Each units only draws 60 amps which is extremely good considering its production capacity.
Units are designed to be run as stand-alone plants but can be run in parallel with each other if more processing capacity is needed.
Designed for a minimum of 2 years of continuous 24 hour a day use before inspection/overhaul is needed.
MicroFAST 9 is the manufacturers largest and most efficient portable treatment plant they produce.
All electrical and mechanical components are housed within the container thus limiting their susceptibility to failure due to environmental conditions (i.e. sand and rain) or onsite accidents.
These plants are capable of meeting discharge limits of 10 BOD/10 TSS mg/L
Processing capacity is rated at 34,000 liters a day or up to 125 persons.
The treatment plants are located in WA USA and are ready for inspection/shipment.
