    Vulcan-Hart Corp. 60 gallon self-contained steam jacketed electric kettle. Model ES-60. National Board # 2043. Jacket is rated for 10 psi maximum working pressure at 250° F. Kettle has a 33" diameter with a sloped bottom from 12" to 16" deep. Kettle has a 2" diameter bottom side discharge with stainless steel ball valve. It is equipped with a counter weighted lid. Requires 208 vac 3 phase electrical supply. Serial # 9589. Manual on file. Good condition.
