40 quart electrically heated tilting kettle by Groen, model TDB/7-40, serial #54531.

Features all stainless steel food grade construction, NSF stamped, fluid filled national board rated electrically heated jacket, (NB# 54531), rated for 50 PSI @ 300 F, (min temperature 32 F), vessel is 16.5" ID x 14" deep with manual tilt handle with mounting point for left or right hand use, vessel is mounted on custom stand with slide out spill tray, 24" pour height, operates on 230/3 phase voltage, includes loose fitting cover and post mount for portable mixer.

Formerly used in branded cosmetic service.
