    Description

    The Montague pizza oven has an ideal method of ventilation for a pizza oven. The hood should be connected to n adequate mechanical exhaust system. it is also necessary that sufficient room air ingress be allowed to compensate for the amount of air removed by the ventilation system. Otherwise, a subnormal atmospheric pressure will occur which may interfere with burner performance or may extinguish the pilot flame. Your Montague oven will be shipped in sections for easy handling. The 24p-2 is equipped with a separate Gas Shut-Off Valve That must be installed adjacent to each oven and be located and be located in an accessible are. It is also equipped with an appliance gas pressure regulator for use with natural gas. Connections call for separate 3/4" pipe or larger. Its recommended that an AGA listed flexible connector with an I.D. equal to 3/4". This Pizza oven would make a very good addition to any Kitchen interested in produce revenue for your business.
